Pumpkins on Parade
At the end of May this year the children in Gardening Club dug over and treated an area in order to make more fertile by the Old Hall. They then planted ten pumpkin plants. They watered and watered and watered then some more up to and during the summer holidays.
We have just picked nine enormous pumpkins. We were so amazed at how big they had grown over the summer holidays. There are plans to do lots of delicious things with them.
