The children have used their phonic knowledge to read facts about butterflies and have used this new knowledge to sequencing the life cycle of a butterfly.


The children enjoyed a wide range of creative activities linked to Saint George.
Can you identify some living and non-living things whilst on your way home?






The children have been discussing how their daffodil, tulip and iris bulbs have changed since autumn, and have drawn and labelled their daffodil plants. They have also planted radishes and lettuce seeds and have been learning what plants need to grow.



The children are learning about adjectives (describing words) this week.
Can you describe your favourite toy using at least 5 adjectives?
