Today, Year 5 watched and completed a Live Lesson from the BBC!

As a class, we were able to explore what makes a memorable character, transformed personal ideas into original story creations and discovered how a simple “what if?” question can unlock exciting plot possibilities!

We also listened to previous storytelling tips from past 500 Words finalists! The lesson provided the children with lots of confidence to plan and write a story!

This year, entries open from Tuesday 29 September and will close at 9pm, Friday 6 November.
