Welcome to Year 4!

Year 4 is an exciting year full of curiosity, creativity, and confidence building! Our children continue to grow as independent learners, developing key skills across all areas of the curriculum while having lots of fun along the way.

Throughout the year, we dive into a wide range of engaging topics — from fascinating history and geography themes to imaginative writing projects and hands-on science investigations. In maths, we work hard to secure times tables knowledge and deepen our understanding of number, shape, and problem-solving.

We also place great importance on kindness, teamwork, and resilience. Whether we’re performing poetry, exploring new art techniques, or working together on group challenges, our Year 4s are encouraged to try their best and take pride in their achievements.

It’s a year of discovery, growth, and plenty of memorable moments — we can’t wait to share the journey with you!
