In Science this half term, we have been learning about different groups of animals. We explored mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles, learning about the features that make each animal belong to its group. The children enjoyed investigating a variety of animals, identifying similarities and differences, and comparing the different categories. They became excellent young scientists by asking questions, sharing their ideas and using scientific vocabulary to describe what they observed. During bird week, we even got to go outside and go on a bird watching walk. We loved the opportunity to get out of the classroom and into our outside area.🦁🐧🐟🐸🦎
