Our Hawthorn Song is a great way to understand what our school is about.  We pride ourselves on having developed a broad curriculum where children have opportunities to grow and develop into  global citizens with ambition and strong core values.  

Our Hawthorn Song was written to commemorate our 50th birthday year in 2010-11. Pupils from throughout the school joined together to compose parts of the melody and to formulate the lyrics (the words of the song).

It is a song that is special to us as it reflects everything that is Hawthorn..."Individually we matter, together we SHINE!"
